Nasty Vegan Limited

Rob initially met Nishi at a local Networking Event, and, whilst introductions were made, no formal meeting was arranged. However, when Rob was looking for help with taking the weight of accounting off his shoulders, a colleague recommended Nishi!

Initially, Rob wanted help with the general management of accounts, collating expenses, end of year accounts. With the help of Ariel, he was guided through Xero and became more confident with dealing with both the software and his accounts. As well as this, Nishi went above and beyond for his client, helping him with budgeting & cashflow, providing them with advice on what budget they would need to reach their goals, how much they should reserve for marketing & salaries, as well as helping them to establish what they should be aiming for.

As well as the help with accounting queries, Rob credits Nishi with always being around to help and being ‘good at brainstorming ideas.’ They call on Nishi to give feedback on any ideas that they have created to help their business grow – he is always happy to help and willing to give honest feedback! He praises the customer service levels of the team, thanking them for being engaging, pleasant to talk to, and easy to work with.

Rob will be the first person to admit that he is not savvy with accounting, nor does he have any desire to be! So, having the Northants Accounting team on hand to help has made his life so much easier! When logging information, Rob is in consistent contact with Ariel, using her for specific day to day accounting advice.  And when he needs advice on the bigger aspects of his business, he goes to Nishi. Both are extremely helpful and quick to response when he needs them, talking him through anything he does not understand and showing him how to best use Xero.

Over the past year, Nasty Vegan has achieved a lot. Their first product, the Chocolate Protein Shake, has steady sales and plenty of repeat business. They receive numerous emails from customers thanking them for creating the product and referring them to other vegan friends and family. This unprompted feedback confirms that Nasty Vegan is achieving what it set out to. Their future planning involves more marketing, more exposure in the current market, and developing and launching additional product lines.
